Jim –
Jim has been involved in athletics from an early age. He has participated in soccer, baseball, football and snow skiing. Jim competed in collegiate football at Los Angeles Valley College and Sonoma State University. After college, Jim returned to his alma mater Grant H.S., where he was an assistant football coach for eight seasons. He has competed in the grueling Bull Dog Trail Run and the Los Angeles Marathon. His hobbies include body boarding, snowboarding, trail running, weight lifting, and bootcamps. Jim is committed to making physical fitness and nutrition a way of life, not only for his family but others as well.

 
         
   
Shannon –
Shannon has participated in competitive sports since she was in Junior High. Having competed in the mile at the Jesse Owens Games, she has been an avid runner since an early age. She was honored as a Torch Bearer in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. Shannon has competed in over 50 competitive races which include various 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 K races. Her favorite distance is the marathon. She has competed in 7 marathons, including “The Original Course” in Athens, Greece. Shannon’s hobbies include snowboarding, running, biking and bootcamps. She is committed to helping others achieve their goals.
