Jim –
Jim is a ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, also holding Personal Training, First Aid, CPR and AED certifications. He has been involved in athletics from an early age, he competed in collegiate football at Los Angeles Valley College and Sonoma State University. After college, Jim returned to his alma mater Grant H.S., where he was an assistant football coach for eight seasons. He has competed in the grueling Bull Dog, the Xterra Trail Series and the Los Angeles Marathon. His hobbies include body boarding, snowboarding and trail running. Jim is committed to making physical fitness and nutrition a way of life, not only for his family but the community as well.

   
         
   
Shannon –
Shannon is a Certified Personal Trainer, who also holds First Aid, CPR and AED certifications. Shannon played softball and volleyball competitively throughout high school. She has been an avid runner since an early age, and was invited to compete in the Jesse Owens Games to compete in the mile. She was also honored as a Torch Bearer in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. Shannon has competed in over 75 competitive races. Her races often include trails and a distance somewhere between 15K and 30K "The Sweet Spot". She has competed in 8 marathons, including "The Original Course" in Athens, Greece. Shannon's hobbies include snowboarding, running, biking and traveling (to run of course). She is committed to helping others achieve their goals.
