Questions and Policies...

    • What’s a day at camp like?

We are an outdoor fitness program that provides a military style workout. Our program includes intense cardio and circuit workouts, running, free weights, leg and arm bands, core work, pushups, etc. We provide all our campers with a nutrition journal in order to maximize results.

    • Do I need to be physically fit to join?

This is an intense workout for those who are committed. Being athletic helps, but is not required. We do separate campers according to athletic ability, which is determined at GSO day, in order to make the workout challenging at each level.

    • Do I need a physical?

It is always a good idea to consult a doctor before starting any rigorous fitness/exercise program. At GSO day all campers will be asked to fill out a medical history questionnaire. Based on that information, we reserve the right to ask you to acquire a doctor’s clearance and/or refund your money. We are not doctors. Through the questionnaire we make an informed decision on whether or not we accept clients. See our “Refund Policy” below.

    • What time and where do you meet?

Our bootcamp tours are (6) weeks long. We meet (5) days a week, Monday through Friday. Class is held from 5:30am to 6:30am. See our calendar for information relating to our tours. We meet at various parks, recreation centers and trails primarily in the Woodland Hills and West Hills area. Due to the nature of our industry we covet our wonderful locations. You will be provided with the specific locations on GSO day.

Our goal is to help YOU get on the right track with your own fitness goals WHEREVER you live. We want to hook you up with the best bootcamps in town.

If you are in: Simi Valley or Moorpark ,

    • What do I need to bring and/or purchase?

Good running shoes (call us before purchasing anything)
                        Thick workout/yoga mat

Be on time with a good attitude!

    • Is this a diet program?

We are NOT a weight loss program. Get Some Bootcamp is an all outdoor fitness program. We focus on all aspects of physical fitness, which includes: muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular strength, body composition and flexibility. We are NOT a weight loss program. However, many campers have seen weight loss as a result of thoroughly following our program.

    • Are there age restrictions?

We only accept legal adults age 18 or older.

    • What if I just want to check it out?

No problem. You have (2) options. Come to a regular camp session for nominal charge of $20 or wait until we have a FREE Saturday Mega Camp. Saturday camps are not offered every week. Please call us in advance. You will need to come 20 minutes early and fill out some forms and sign the waiver.

    • What is your refund policy?

I understand that I am committing to a 6 week fitness program. If for any reason I am unable to continue attending camp, I will communicate with Get Some Bootcamp, LLC. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

    • What if there’s extreme weather?

Rain, shine, hot or cold we have camp. These are actually some of our best days.

    • What if I can’t make it every day or I’m going on vacation during a session?

If you sign up for a tour we expect you to be there everyday. However, if you know that you are going to miss any given length of time contact us BEFORE the tour begins and prior to signing up. We can prorate pricing for you. Please note that we do not offer prorated pricing for platinum campers.

    • What is GSO day?

GSO day is our orientation day. We provide a more detailed explanation of how our program works. You will be given a bootcamp journal and T-shirt. We will perform a body assessment, which includes body fat, measurements and weight. You will also participate in strength testing, which includes push-ups, sit-ups and a timed mile. Additionally, we take before and after pictures. Our NEW campers will also need to fill out forms and waivers. When you sign up online you will be contacted and provided with the time and location of GSO day.
